We use deep mortise-and-tenon joints secured with sturdy wooden pegs. This “wood-on-wood” connection actually tightens over time, creating a structure of superior strength and durability.

2. Precision-Crafted for Easy Assembly. We bridge the gap between old-world craftsmanship and modern efficiency. Every beam in The Liberty kit is cut on our state-of-the-art Hundegger CNC machine in our Alabama facility.
