• Master & Apprentice Timberwrights: Expertise in layout, traditional and CNC joinery, and finishing large timbers.
• Fabrication Technicians: Operating and maintaining advanced woodworking machinery, assembly, and quality control.
• Field Operations & Raising Crew: Skilled, safety-focused individuals responsible for the precise, efficient on-site erection of the timber frame.

Design & Project Management:

• Design & Drafting Specialists: Proficiency in CAD/BIM to translate architectural plans into shop-ready drawings.
• Project Managers: Oversee logistics, scheduling, client communication, and site coordination for seamless project delivery.
