• The Model Complexity: The Craftsman is our most affordable option because straight lines require less time on our CNC machines and create less wood waste. The Whippoorwill costs the most because its elegant, curved knee braces require larger cuts of premium timber and significantly more milling time.
• The Wood Species: High-grade Southern Yellow Pine is our standard. It is tough, locally sourced, and highly affordable. If your eye prefers it, upgrading to Douglas Fir, Cypress, White Oak, or White Pine will increase your final price. (Note: Premium woods like Cypress are naturally resistant to rot and insects, making them a great long-term investment for humid climates).
• The Footprint: Naturally, a 12×12 pavilion will cost less in materials than a massive 20×40 event structure.
